Role Site Manager

Site Managers are responsible for the iMarine sites contributing to the D4Science Ecosystem. Their primary tasks are:

  • maintain the infrastructure hardware resources up and running
  • deploy and upgrade the different resources of the infrastructure: UMD, gCube, Hadoop and Runtime Resources
  • apply the certification, downtime, and infrastructure security procedures


There are five iMarine sites in the D4Science Ecosystem. Each site is represented by at least one Site Manager.
