The development of an SRU Geonetwork adaptor, using the resource-aware libraries, has been completed and makes available any geonetwork metadata, accessible by the gCube search. SearchSystem and ResourceRegistry have been extended to support SRU datasources.
Files stored in user's workspace are also available for search. Changes have been made in gCube Data Transformation Service, for handling and transforming files from workspace. Also, a service for workspace index updates has been developed, that monitors storage accounting activity and updates the index correspondingly.
An OAI-PMH publisher has been developed, to make available all data offered by the gCube search infrastructures as an OAI-PMH repository. Returned metadata formats are: Dublin Core (DC) and a custom "gCube" format.
IndexService has changed query HTTP method from GET to POST and added deleteDocuments methods to support workspace index management process. A bug related to the UTF8 encoding of the documents in the Smartfish extractors and another bug that ignored distinct parameter in the queries have been fixed.
Moreover, the construction of MarineTLO-based warehouse v4 has been completed. VoID extension for expressing the connectivity metrics has been registered and can be exploited in the latest version of the MarineTLO warehouse. At last, a document describing the process of constructing MarineTLO-based warehouses is under preparation.
