T2.2 Project Strategy
CNR Activities
- Organization and charing of the strategic meeting with VLIZ (Ostend 22 January 2013);
- Organization and chairing of monthly Steering Board, conference call (9 January 2013);
- Editing of D2.2 "Project management report"
- Production of D2.5 "Report on inter-project coordination and collaboration"
- Additional steps done in the definition of subcontracting
- Initial steps for the organization of an iMarine event in Brussels in May
- Organization and chairing of the plenary Tcom event, Ostend 23-25 January 2013;
- Participation of the Technical director in a number of Clusters conference call (11 January 2013; 16 January 2013)
- Linking with the FishFinder initiative and participation to a dedicated conference call (17 January 2013)
- Representation of the project at the Evolving EGI Workshop: "Sustainability for e-infrastructure and middleware: methodologies and opportunities" (Amsterdam 29-30 January)

NKUA Activities
D2.4 was finalized and delivered for approval and submission to the EC.
The production of D2.4 was slightly delayed (~2 weeks) without causing any cascading effect.
