This WP4 Activity Report described the activities performed in July 2012 by Beneficiary and Task.

T4.1 Communication and Dissemination
Trust-IT Activities
- Development of iMarine Scientific Poster
- Development of iMarine FishMApp specifications
- Editing & circulation of iMarine July 2012 Newsletter
- Liaison with OBIS for interview with Mark Fornwall, current Chair of the IODE Steering Group for OBIS, on Marine Biodiversity Data Management
- Generation & circulation to 15 press contacts of iMarine press article on achievements to-date
- Definition of iMarine Calendar for circulation to partners for feedback in August and printing in September 2012
- Liaison with partners for outstanding video interviews and iMarine App demos

- Interview with Dr. Mark Fornwall, current Chair of the IODE Steering Group for OBIS, on Marine Biodiversity Data Management published on web channel and promoted in July 2012 eNewsletter [2]
CNR Activities
- Participation in a number of telco dedicated to the preparation of the iMarine mobile apps (23 July 2012);
- Contribution to the design and development of an initial version of the iMarine mobile apps;
- Participation in the GBIC Conference (2-4 July 2012, Copenhagen).

- Project dissemination at the the GBIC Conference (2-4 July 2012, Copenhagen).

- Participated in preparation of FishMapp; an iMarine mobile app on Species Fact Sheets
- Contributed to the design and development of an initial version of the iMarine mobile app
- Provided a very draft SQLite db with dummy content s to TRUST
- Produced a demo / training video on ICIS Curation
T4.2 Knowledge Management Channel
Trust-IT Activities
- maintenance of the iMarine web conferencing system
- general updates and maintenance of web channel

T4.3 User Community Capacity and Competence Building
FAO Activities
- Training of FAo staff on FCPPS, and collection their feed-back, including usability
- Training / demo video on ICIS Cureation
- Discussed ICIS validation results to be re-used in training material / manuals.

- Dummy database for discussion on contents and formats, structure and constraints, synchronization and versioning
