NKUA Activities
The activities of NKUA included:
- Bug fixing:
- Investigation and fix of problems related to Resource Registry that caused duplicate field resources.
- Index Enhancements:
- Investigation and design of the index rebuilding procedure for periodic updates with zero downtime (#2238).

T10.3 Data Mining and Visualisation Facilities
CNR Activities
CNR has worked on enhancements for the SM. In particular, the Interface is being transformed into a Widget to be used by other components #1297. Runtime resources are now invokable by the Ecological Engine library through the SM #1381. The files import facility has been designed and is in phase of implementation #2359. One major enhancement regards the transformation of Algorithms into Generic Resources #2258. Currently a new Generic Resource is generated for each algorithm and can be associated to different VREs.
On the algorithms development side, BiOnym has been implemented with a realization that follows the indications by Edward Vanden Berghe #2236. Furthermore a preliminary set of experiments has been made in the field of Common Species classification #2197. CNR also developed a facility to geo-spatialize tables and produce GIS maps in compliancy with the INSPIRE directives #2420

T10.4 Semantic Data Analysis Facilities
FORTH Activities
During this period FORTH worked in constructing the 3rd version of the MarineTLO warehouse. The new warehouse is available at http://virtuoso.i-marine.d4science.org:8890/sparql under the graphspace http://www.ics.forth.gr/isl/TLObasedDataWarehouseV3. The contents of the new warehouse are exploited by the latest version of xsearch-service (1-1-1). Related ticket: #2261
